The team at Paradigm were there at every step from preliminary planning to contractor meetings. They worked with our designer and general contractor. They fixed innumerable surprises. They were extraordinary to work with.

I’ve had Alan and Paradigm work on a few projects at my house which he’s always been great for but they were all smaller (hot water tank and shower faucet repairs). I needed 3 radiators installed and attached to my existing boiler system and thought of them right away. Alan immediately knew the best course of action, worked with me on price and scheduled and completed the job very quickly. The finished product looks great and functions to our needs. Would recommend them to anyone.

Paradigm completed a full plumbing renovation of my house including a cast iron stack removal, all new plumbing to 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry and detached garage.

Paradigm Plumbing was confronted by a thorny situation, where it turned out two sump pumps were trying to expel water through a frozen (underground) exit pipe. They did what they could, but had to wait 4 weeks for the spring thaw. Then more diagnosis was needed, including replacing one pump and putting check-valves in two others. Throughout they were excellent at explaining their diagnosis and planned remedies -- really great communicators, and thoroughly pleasant individuals too. I'd recommend them to anyone in an instant.
