Reactive plumbing and heating

We found Reactive to be very responsive and efficient. They responded quickly for a request for a quote and after I agreed they suggested times that they were available. We chose a date and time, but near the scheduled time I received a phone call saying that they would a little late and gave me an new estimated time of arrival. We appreciated this notice. The invoicing and payment option by online credit card made this process contact free and efficient
Overall we were quite impressed with Reactive Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

I chose this company through Homestars . Several companies responded through this website and this one offered the most reasonable price. I sent them a picture of where I wanted them to look at and they made an offer very quickly. His work was excellent as he only had access to a very narrow space to exchange the water pressure valve, but finished very quickly. However, the pressure valve was still make a loud noise and he tried to figure out the problem. He called another employee to come over to my house and fixed the problem. Now, the water pressure is normal and there it doesn't make loud sounds anymore. My plumber has retired several years ago, since then I couldn't find a good one. Now, I will call him directly when I need plumbing service.

Phil got back to me right away when I first inquired and came to the house when I suggested it was convenient.
Everything was clear and upfront before he arrived.
The job was to auger a clogged line from the garburator. Decided to remove it and get a screen pop up Plug in sink. The was done with very little extra charge.

Very professional, job was done on time and at the price I was quoted.
Everything was cleaned up after work was completed.
Phil, the plumber that came was very polite and took the time to explain exactly what he has doing and why. He also explained how I needed to maintain the hose bib in the future to prevent further issues.

Full kitchen and bathroom renovation project. Phil arrived and inspected his scope before his scheduled start date. Phil returned with all material needed per start date and executed all rough-in plumbing as planned. Phil then returned two weeks later and completed all finished plumbing. Over the course of the project we experienced schedule adjustments due to material delays. Phil was very accommodating, working extra hours where needed to help get us back on schedule. Excellent sub trade to work with highly recommend him for other projects.
