Gas oven

Gas Line Installation review in Cambridge

Gas Stove repair

Sam is unprofessional and not honest person . The repair was not done as per the agreed terms per our phone conversation. Sam agreed for an original igniter part replacement on my Samsung gas stove model NX60T8511SS. Upon verification of the repair, original part was not installed. The installed part was aftermarket, selling for $45 on E-Bay ( Price for original part is $190 on Samsung). The service technician Amir told me the installed part was a newer version (unknowledgeable). When I reported the issue to Sam , he told me "the stove is working right". Picture of installed part box is attached.

I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied, but the technician offer you a good price.250, including parts and labor and he told you over the phone, the part it's after market and you agree for that.However, if you're looking for a original parts, you need to pay 190 for the part plus the labor 150 .If you agree, we can send the technician to replace it thank you.

Repair dishwasher

Dishwasher would not fill.. the repair person was on time.. totally professional.. took dishwasher apart.. found the broken pump.. replaced it.. put all back together and cleaned up.. I was surprise at the cost.. but the dishwasher was a Bosch and to replace it would be 2x..totally satisfied

Very Unreasonable

Hamilton

Spoke to me over the phone and said one thing and then charged me more that what was agreed upon. He didn't even check the unit thoroughly.

He came and stated a price without evaluating the problem. Would not recommend Fixify. I ended up paying for the diagnostic fee which he was charging $120 then later down put it to $79
