Sam is unprofessional and not honest person . The repair was not done as per the agreed terms per our phone conversation. Sam agreed for an original igniter part replacement on my Samsung gas stove model NX60T8511SS. Upon verification of the repair, original part was not installed. The installed part was aftermarket, selling for $45 on E-Bay ( Price for original part is $190 on Samsung). The service technician Amir told me the installed part was a newer version (unknowledgeable). When I reported the issue to Sam , he told me "the stove is working right".
