Patrick did a side walk and a part driveway for me. He gave a reasonable quote. However he was a little slow at execution partly due to weather and some labour issues at his end. He completed the job and it was reasoanably good. I would have preferred more updates with delays and not be sitting and wondering when someone will come and complete the job.

I contacted four other contractors and none would even give me a quote. Patrick said he would give me a quote within three days and he was there in two. He asked what I wanted done, marked the ground with the design and then he explained exactly how the forms would be placed. His crew came in the next day and removed the old cement and extra dirt and started to frame the new porch. They offered some design suggestions, which I welcomed because they are in the business and I'm not. I incorporated their ideas into the finished project and I am so glad I did.
Patrick and his crew are hard working, dependable, and efficient. The job was seamless from start to finish. If I have any future jobs to do I'll just call Patrick and his crew because I know the job will be done right the first time.

I have hired this company last year for stamped concrete in my backyard. Paid advance in March 2021, work completed on August 2021.
Quote Process.
Originally quote provided for stamped concrete and later added $ 3k for adding color. We had to go with color what was available. Price was renegotiate (1). Then they can't able to complete the job due to price increase and came up with few hundred dollars increase quote (2). I decided to give up the stamped concrete at that point. Decided to go with regular concrete. Revised quote provided (3). Again job was delayed with multiple excuses, at one point they can't come down for 2 pour. Price revised (4). I gave up some of the scope, like removing steps and edge. Provided another quote (5). Then additional cost added for adding extensions to bring the concrete to the backyard. Now I am frustrated to the core, I don't wanted to track on the quote anymore and finally work is completed with extra cost to the original quote and got a poor quality regular concrete floor.

Quality of work.
Water is direct to house and my basement flooded.
Edge are uneven and framing is not removed.

I can't even imagine the pain and frustration during the process and frustration every day seeing the concrete junk in my backyard.
