I had problems with my old skylight. Two other companies did some repairs but still was leaking. Called universal Roofs and Oltion said after through inspection the skylight has to be changed. We’re very happy with the work being done on promised time . Definitely I will recommend this company to my relatives and friends as well

Their expertise and knowledge during the skylight repair was absolutely amazing. Olti, the main guy, is a real gentleman and is never trying to give opinions based on what makes them the most money but rather, what is the best option for the work needed. We had reoccurring leaks coming from the skylight and numerous contractors were immediately offering to replace the skylight. Olti did a thorough investigation, found the source of the leak and provided options for repairs. After the repair was completed we were finally able to stop worrying about the leak reappearing. I found this company based on reviews from the previous Homestar reviews; very pleased with the professionalism, workmanship and clean-up was great. Also, this was the only company willing and went the extra mile to install the 4" gutter on the garage which was a tight space. 4 days later I had to call Oltion for the 2nd time; had an urgent repair which was had to me completed or my hydro would be turned off. Oltion/staff came to my rescue and resolved the problem. I'm very thankful for their help and will be using them again.

Olti had replaced our flat roof on our house 3 years ago and did a great job so when our garage roof needed to be reshingled we called him again. He quickly quoted the job and scheduled it promptly. Very happy with the results and as in the past he was very professional and left the site super clean.
