Terrible experience. Hired to powerwash walkways and finish with polymeric sand in the cracks. I was told the sand wasn't needed and only would cause the weeds to grow faster. I told them I would verify this and found out this was not true. I asked him (Patrick) to come back and lay down the sand as agreed; was told they did extra work (untrue) and if I wanted to pay for this, then they would come back. Eventually he said they were going to be back in the area in the next couple weeks and would do it if I "threw in some money for his guys". Not surprisingly, he never showed and didn't return my follow up messages. By this time, weeds were growing up all through the cracks. I ended up buying and putting down the sand myself. Definitely felt this was a hit and run snow job. Worst experience ever.
