To ensure a constant supply of hot water, I felt it prudent to upgrade our hot water tank. Given our existing tank has provided trouble free service for a number of years, I wanted to stay with the same manufacturer. I gave Burke Mountain Plumbing and Heating, a call. Richard, the representative that I spoke with, ask me to email him a photo of the specification document that was affixed to our tank. To my surprise, he called me back in a relatively short period of time (less than an hour) informing me of the replacement model that I needed as well as the cost, including Installation.

When Richard arrived at the home - that very same day - I was half expecting the new tank to be too large to fit the limited space available next to the furnace (to make tanks more energy efficient sizing can be an issue). To my surprise the new unit fit perfectly!

Richard was extremely processional, friendly and willing to explain things to me throughout the installation process. I am very thankful for his excellent service - absolutely 5 stars!!

Quick, friendly and helpful! Arrived and fixed both our fireplace and our broken tub faucet even though we had all the wrong hardware, he helped us get the right stuff. Great service.
