I always hear from friends of the endless reasons contractors give for delays. t has a policy of waiting for all elements of the job to arrive before they start. That was the key. When they arrived, all the items needed arrived too. It made for a more effecient renovation. Lastly,Alexandre was the lead worker on the job. He was exceptional. He arrived on time and work diligently making progress everyday. The result was a beautiful bathroom that looks bigger than it actually is. I am a happy customer
