Alan did not disappoint us. He guided us through the process and explained clearly what was coming next. Raccoon removal from a wall in the breeding season is a very stressful process and we knew this from our previous encounter with raccoons. That was the reason we researched extensively for the right company. Alan did great work. We will hire him again in future if we are unlucky to have critters invade our home again.
