We hired Anton to do a waterproofing job on our home. He subcontracted the work to another firm and played the role of the boss by stopping by occasionally to see that the work was proceeding. After the trench was dug, the membrane and tar applied, the weeping tile installed, they started to backfill. I looked at what they were doing and discovered that they didn't spread any stone over the weeping tile as is necessary. Just dirt. I called Anton and he arrived shortly with four bags of stone in the back of his Acura car. This to do the entire area around the house. Four small bags! I was appalled and suggested that he order a bulk load. He did and had his guys spread it. My plumber was doing another job and commented that the work he did was wrong. He installed the weeping tile ABOVE the surface of the footings, not below it. Also, the membrane stopped on the top of the footing and was not wrapped around and below. This would do zero to keep water off the footings and seeping into the basement. I brought this to his attention and he told me that the way he did it was completely correct. When I pointed out that the weeping tile was above the footing, he argued and said that it was below. Totally nonsense as I was in trench pointing directly to the weeping tile. Still he insisted that he was right and that he knew what her was doing. A big argument broke out and he went ballistic. He even went to my next door neighbour and started swearing to the the mother, grandmother and kids that were sitting outside accusing me of being a racist. Unbelievable. Long story short, he walked off the job. After the first rain, the basement got wet and I had to have a new crew in to remove 100% of his work and do it over, properly. Stay away from this company. He may know some things, but he didn't understand the concepts of waterproofing before he took on my job.

I ordered a mechanic chair from exclusive trades. Iwas told tgey dont take any monies until the product ships and an enail would be sent as well. No email was sent no product ever came. They only took my money!! They tesponded to email until they took money and havent been heard. If you order from them I hope you get your item not just pay for something you never receive!! I cant add a photo. I never got a thjng!!

My son broke a faucet on the second floor and didn't advise anyone. Resulted in damage to my ceilings, floorboards, kitchen and in between. Insurance only covered a portion so I had Exclusive Trades come in and they were prompt and professional. And they stuck to their quote unlike other contractors I've used.
