Fast, But Not Worth It

I hired this company to replace my kitchen sink and bathroom vanity, and while they were quick to cut the stone and take my money, the quality of their work was extremely disappointing.

In the kitchen, I was told the sink I wanted wouldnt fit, so I went with their recommendation. Ironically, the sink they sold me didnt fit properly either. To make it work, they lifted my existing countertop but did a horrible job putting it back. Theres a massive gap with sloppy caulking on one side, and they didnt even bother caulking the other half.

In the bathroom, they replaced the vanity but left a 1-inch gap between the countertop and cabinet, and didnt consult me even though I was nearby. When I pointed it out, they offered to caulk the gap, but after seeing the disaster they left in the kitchen, I refused and said Id handle it. The vanity sink was also installed off-centered.
They had promised to come back and finish the caulking the kitchen countertop, but of course, they never did.

The only good thing I can say is they were fast to cut the stone and take my money. But with the poor quality of work, misaligned installations, and the lack of follow-through, it was a complete waste.
I absolutely do not recommend this company.

We started to shop for a company to install granite countertops. We have done a lot of renovations in our main and rental property and we’ve never had any issues with contractors. My husband understands people and can choose reliable ones very easily.
After getting a lot of quotes and talking to many installers my husband was completely disappointed with the prices and morality of some potential contractors. Some companies with good reviews were telling us that we need two granite slabs instead of one. Then we received a quote from Zealous Granite and Tile which was within our price range. My husband called Dawood and after spending half an hour with him on the phone he said that it seems like he is our guy. Dawood sounded honest and reliable. Then we went to choose a slab. After the slab has been chosen my husband went to Dawood’s’ shop to talk to him in person. He proved his belief about Dawood’s reliability and honesty. We finalized an order and in a week it was installed. The job was done perfect. Zealous Granite and Tile is a great company for quality and monetary value for the workmanship. We strongly recommend.
