I got confused between a few different companies quoting on this job. I mistakenly mixed up who we finally decided to work with and asked Ardian to come by to discuss colour choices in more detail. He showed up on time and when I saw him I realized my mistake and after apologizing sent him on his way after he went to the trouble of making a special trip on a weekend day. I felt terrible at causing this inconvenience. I just want to say Ardian was gracious and professional in the moment. He followed up with a text to indicate his thoughts on the situation and I fully understood his position. Although his company won't be doing work for us, I want to recommend this company given Ardian's impressive behaviour in an awkward and frustrating situation.
