I like calling on Aaron to come see what we need to get fixed as he is always kind, fair and respectable. We have used his company twice now and will always use him as a first contact for our plumbing issues. The gents who come to do the repairs are always kind and professional. On Sunday morning our tankless bidet toilet was leaking from the base. I was referred to Expert Plumbing and Drains and called them immediately. They answered promptly and offered to send someone out right away.

I had turned off the water and we have access to another bathroom and I said I was okay to wait for Monday. I was told what time the plumber would arrive and that I would receive a text 20 minutes prior to arrival. I did receive text and he was on time.

He worked neatly and spent an hour. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

My experience has been very positive and I am happy to recommend Expert Plumbing.

They did exactly what the said they would do and gout our issue solved very quickly and for much less than I thought it would cost and much less than other plumbers I spoke to thought it would cost as well.

Called the guys at Expert Plumbing & Drains because my basement drain was backing up. They were there later that day and identified the issue being build up coming from the kitchen. Most plumbing companies charge an extra fee to use their camera, these guys have it included in their assessment cost. They cleaned the pipe out and we were good to go. Very friendly and informative!

Call answered promptly. Problem dealt with promptly. Courteously. Efficiently. Was not, to my relief, asked to get more done than was strictly necessary -- this is appreciated. Will call again-- hopefully won't be necessary though! :-)
