Jacob was thorough and efficient at making repairs to the bathroom sink. He was also very personable and polite. In addition he followed strict Covid protocol. I highly recommend Expert Plumbing and Drains.

ANYTIME I have a plumbing issue,(in this case a flushing job) I call in Expert, they are prompt, Knowledgeable, and above all Honest.
I run an older park that is plagued by pluming issues.
These guys have never let me down or left me hanging.

Aaron was very efficient organizing a time for installation and arrived as planned. They were a pleasure to talk with and were very respectful of our home, changing to foot coverings at the front door. They wore masks the entire time they were here and did an excellent plumbing job. They also ensured the plumbing was well organized and neat, in fact much better than it was before. They left the work site clean and clearly have pride in their work and their relation with the customer. On line billing was quick, online and easy.

We were very impressed with Expert Plumbing and Drains. They were very pleasant to deal with, called an hour before they arrived so we knew when they would arrive and who was coming. We were able to see the blockages for ourselves and check that the roots had been cleared. We will definitely use them again.

I am extremely grateful to have called Expert Plumbing and Drains! Aaron and his team are truly phenomenal. They are honest, reliable, experienced and professional. We had a bit of a weird situation and had called other plumbers/contractors and we were dismissed or avoided. When I called EP&D, Aaron was able to come the same day I called, and demonstrated a high level of experience, expertise and professionalism. As mentioned, it was a weird situation and Aaron's diligence was able to find the underlying issue which was incorrect installation of plumbing from kitchen to shower. His team came back a second time to make sure there were no other issues missed and get to the root cause. Other plumbers just wrote us off, but Aaron dedicated so much time and thought to this project, it was evident he truly cared. Given the major nature of the problem, Aaron offered us a number of solutions to the problem. The problem was not able to be solved on the first or second visit, so he held off on invoicing us until we were satisfied with the end result. Before sending the invoice Aaron called me personally to ensure that payment was fair and that we were happy. Aaron and the EP&D team care about the result, not the payment. I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his team, they were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely call them again and refer them.
