Expert Plumbing & Drains

Had a wall removed and needed to have some plumbing re-reouted from the basement to the second floor.
I requested a quote using the homestars page and they responded the next day. Within a few days I had someone come to the house for a quote and the next week had a worker here to do the work. It was a fairly tricky job because of HVAC in the way but they quickly worked around it.
I asked for soldered to copper and crimp connections to pex and they did this with no troubles, even though it was in between floor joists in the ceiling close to HVAC and electrical.
I can not thank them enough for getting to our job so quickly. The worker kept a very clean work area and all COVID protocols were taken seriously.
I will call them for all of our plumbing jobs in the future

Aaron was very efficient organizing a time for installation and arrived as planned. They were a pleasure to talk with and were very respectful of our home, changing to foot coverings at the front door. They wore masks the entire time they were here and did an excellent plumbing job. They also ensured the plumbing was well organized and neat, in fact much better than it was before. They left the work site clean and clearly have pride in their work and their relation with the customer. On line billing was quick, online and easy.

We were very impressed with Expert Plumbing and Drains. They were very pleasant to deal with, called an hour before they arrived so we knew when they would arrive and who was coming. I am extremely grateful to have called Expert Plumbing and Drains! Aaron and his team are truly phenomenal. They are honest, reliable, experienced and professional. We had a bit of a weird situation and had called other plumbers/contractors and we were dismissed or avoided. When I called EP&D, Aaron was able to come the same day I called, and demonstrated a high level of experience, expertise and professionalism. As mentioned, it was a weird situation and Aaron's diligence was able to find the underlying issue which was incorrect installation of plumbing from kitchen to shower. His team came back a second time to make sure there were no other issues missed and get to the root cause. Other plumbers just wrote us off, but Aaron dedicated so much time and thought to this project, it was evident he truly cared. Given the major nature of the problem, Aaron offered us a number of solutions to the problem. The problem was not able to be solved on the first or second visit, so he held off on invoicing us until we were satisfied with the end result. Before sending the invoice Aaron called me personally to ensure that payment was fair and that we were happy. Aaron and the EP&D team care about the result, not the payment. I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his team, they were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely call them again and refer them.
