Saeed came and checked on the problems and returned and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Very helpful and friendly.

We were required to replace improperly installed drain piping under a new sink installed by non-professional.
Tech showed up only a little later than agreed, understandable considering the unpredictable nature of his assignments.
He worked quickly to remove all offending piping and complete a new proper installation. The area was left clean and tidy.

I've had a tonne of different professionals come around to get this job done (install a faucet for a hose one the outside of my 100+ year old home...) and there was ALWAYS some problem holding it back. They didn't have the drill, they couldn't schedule the installation for a convenient time, the price was exorbitant etc.

Dr Plumbing came to the rescue. They gave me a very attractive quote sight unseen (which they held to precisely) they were fully equipped, and Seyed was excellent.

Seyed in particular was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly, he knew exactly what he was doing, he was well equipped, and he was quick, efficient and friendly. (He even came on the weekend - another total bonus).

My bathtub was outdated and damaged and it was just time to replace it. I called Dr Plumbing and Mike and his team were quick, clean and stayed within my budget.
I was expecting a bit of a headache as I know replacing an entire bathtub is a lot of work but Im truly surprised by how smoothly it went. They were very professional and did an amazing job! My new tub is very luxurious and the materials used is high quality. Very secure and stable - Iam very happy to have made this decision and have chosen Dr plumbing. Efficiently fixed a leak from an old, poorly-installed pipe. Came back the following week to install a new tub in our basement. Will be calling them again for some other plumbing issues in the house!

First impression was positive and Mike seemed to know what he was talking about. However the tub overflow leaks down into the kitchen below and the tub was not installed as per the manufacturers specs, i.e.: 1) Making sure the tub skirt braces were in position before installation, they were not.
2) The manufacturer supplied clips to attach the top edge of the tub to the studs were not used but screwed directly through the flange to the studs.
3) Spray foam was used under the tub instead of a proper mortar bed as specified by the manufacturer. As a result I can feel the bottom of the tub flexing under my feet when I am in the shower. I can only assume this will cause the tub to fail prematurely.

After repeated calls to Mike about the leaking overflow I have yet to get a response as to when Mike is coming to fix it. This is holding up the kitchen renovation as the ceiling can't be finished until the leak is fixed. The other issues can only be remedied by tearing out the tub and surround and re-doing it. A $1600 cost for the tub and surround alone aside from the labor.

I shouldn't have to worry about any problems with a new bathroom. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Asked Dr. Plumbing to come and assess my shower, to see if a leak will be forming. Fortunately it's fine.

While he was there, I asked to have some of the sealing of the shower and sinks re-done. It's only been two weeks but the sinks and shower still look great.

Mike was efficient and knowledgeable in his job.
He was pleasant to speak with and took the time to explain things in detail. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs

Seyed and his assistant did a fantastic job fixing both outdoor faucets. They were very professional and completed the job to perfection. I have no hesitation recommending the Dr. Plumbing team. Well done guys.
