I had Studio 321B re-carpet 2 interior staircases and put treads on my exterior stairs. They did a wonderful job! I was pleased with how quickly Anthony was able to schedule a consult and then book the installation. The installers were very professional and quick! Done in ~4 hours.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of this process. He brought samples over to make it very easy for me to choose and made excellent recommendations. He sent a quick and fair quote and even amended it when he found a lower installation price. Once we decided to go ahead, Anthony booked an installation day quickly, and the installers were quick and efficient while doing a great job. The carpet makes such a big difference in our house and the process was a pleasure. I will definitely recommend Anthony and Studio 321B Ltd to anyone who needs their services.

Working with Studio 321B was one of the highlights of my renovation. I had spent weeks looking for a flooring that would compliment my 1920s era home. Nothing in the market seemed quite right. They came to my home, brought lots of samples and ideas and helped me work through the option. There was no question the team knew their stuff!

I also have to mention the amazing level of customer service after the product was installed. Anthony was true to his promise - he is only satisfied when his customers are happy. The initial finish of my floor was not quite to the sample, so he worked with the manufacturer to have everything corrected. I felt truly valued and don’t regret a penny spent!!

The rest is history - and now everyone who comes into my home comments on how beautiful the wood floors are.

I found Studio 321b flooring while looking for custom work to update the feel of my home. We went through colour poms and material options, patterns design, etc... but at the end was based on my choices and tatses. The final product was great and I'm so happy with it and totally worth the wait to have something hand knotted.
