Brad was contracted to provide services and has been prepaid. The advertised services was a 'worry-free' and must be paid in full prior to scheduling appointment. Appointment was made online 4 days prior to the reserved date. It was advertised that the contractor will contact the Clients 2 days prior to scheduled date. No calls were received. Appointment time was a 4 hour window. On the day of the appointment, 2 hours before the end of the window, received a message from Brad indicating that he will not be coming and need to reschedule for 2 days later. On the day of the new appointment passed the 4 hour window, received a call from Brad asking how things are going with the work. We replied by indicating noone has shown up yet. About an hour afterwards, a couple of guys showed up unprepared for the work... no proper equipment. They sat for over 30 minutes reading instructions before proceeding with the work. Two hours later, even though the work was originally estimated to be 45min to 1 hour tops, they asked us to inspect before they leave. We have determined that work was half done and demanded Brad to come. When Brad came to inspect, he and his men disassembled what they had done indicating they will come back to fix it properly. Not until later that evening did we found they have mashed up some components and there were some pieces were missing. Several followup calls were made... Brad kept making excuses and postponing the work. Four days later, the last postponed scheduled date, we never heard from Brad again.
