We had two bathrooms renovated and had fantastic results. Phil is detailed, really pays attention to things that matter and has a great touch for the finishing touches. Our bathrooms look phenomenal! He is very organized, punctual and finished our project ahead of schedule. He is very communicative and the trade professionals that came under his direction were highly professional and all provided quality results. The job site was clean and organized and we were able to normally function as a busy family while the work was ongoing.

We had a huge renovation to do on our main floor - tear down walls, build a new kitchen, put in space to entertain, and bring in some more light. we had to literally tear down everything and build from the ground up - ie remove walls, move major ducts/electrical/pipes, install custom cabinetry, change floors, windows, etc. we obviously needed to find the person who we could put our full faith into to get this accomplished on time, within budget, and, during covid. we've known Phil for a number of years and saw the work he had done for some of our closest friends. he was consistently on time, resourceful, professional, and treated every project as if it was his own. working with the same crew enabled him to stay the course, get the quality of work achieved, and ensure the clients get what they need in the end. Phil worked with our friend/designer, the architectural engineer, the window supplier, and the railing company and managed to keep everyone on track. we had a few delays but considering it took 2 months to get most everything done, it was nothing short of a miracle.

PJ's Renovations helped me first with redoing my condo kitchen. Everything went smoothly and on schedule, and at the end turned out extremely well. Two years later, I got them to gut and renovate the two bathrooms, in addition to other upgrades in the unit. The schedule was agressive and ambitious, but we were communicative throughout the process to ensure the overall vision was followed through, and in the end, the renovations were transformative and worth every cent.

We decided to renovate our whole first floor of our house in jan 2020, just at the beginning of COVID. The project started in February and completed in the 6 week timeline we had agreed upon. We broke down 2 walls, and reconfigured the full space. Phil is an amazing contractor with great project management skills. He kept things on time and on budget. I can't say enough about the experience we had with him. Not everything went smoothly as is usually the case with big projects, but we knew Phil would be on top of things. He had great ideas as it came to developing the space. He is honest, listens to his clients and delivers. We will definitely ask him to do other projects in our house.

Phil and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. Highly recommended! Phil and team are very honest and are true experts in their craft. I needed to do a major kitchen overhaul, removing 2 load baring walls in the process. It was a very complex job but Phil and crew made it easy and accomplished all the outcomes I desired.
