Alluneed did exactly as promised! We had water infiltration into our basement caused by a combination of poor drainage, massive rainstorm and penetration through the concrete block basement walls. When the team dug down to the weeping tiles, they revealed a previous waterproofing repair that had been incorrectly implemented. They applied the waterproofing materials down to and over the foundation lip, updated the weeping tiles and directed the above-surface waterflow to a down-slope area away from the house walls. Cleanup was done properly; they needed access via my neighbour's driveway, which they treated respectfully and hosed down afterwards. One of the workers even helped my wife transplant a bush that was displaced by the digging. They came with a large team when they were expected and finished up the same day.
Separate from the ground-level waterproofing, we had the eaves troughs cleaned.
Since this repair, there have been a number of significant storms in our area, none of which have caused any leakage into our house.
