We were very happy with the service provided by HTR Windows. They provided us with all the options and offered us a free triple glass upgrade- which was their current limited time promotion. They went out of their way to work with our immediate timelines. Denis' communication was excellent and timely. He was polite and very professional. The installation was completed by Vitalik and Sergey. They were very focused & hardworking. They ensured they covered and protected the surrounding areas they were working on with blankets and carpets- thus respecting our property and reducing the dust buildup.
