Requested a pick up of a dresser, night stand, desk, TV stand, office chair and desk. I was told these items would be donated as they were in perfect condition. The team that picked up the furniture threw it in the truck immediately breaking the office chair. I watched in horror from the balcony and they threw the dresser in the back with the drawers dropping on the ground and breaking. The night stand also thrown in the truck. It was over before I could get downstairs and stop the damage. I am extremely upset as these items could have had another life with someone else. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS DONATED. Disappointed that a company would rather trash items instead of donating. Sometimes cheaper is not better.

Extremely fast response to my inquiry and very understanding when I noted that I would like to check prices with a couple other firms. Once I had confirmed that the initial rate was in fact and entirely reasonable price the scheduling of the job was incredibly easy and the job was executed very efficiently. The crew laid down cardboard and wore masks while moving items out. When circumstances prevented finishing 100% of the final sweep up after loading the truck I was given (without asking) a small discount on the spot. For reference the junk removed was a small amount of renovation debris, a laundry sink, a couch, a bathroom ceramic vanity and a large amount of cardboard. Would enthusiastically recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.

I went on their website and within minutes I received an automated quote, and minutes later I was on the phone with a representative from the company. Within 10 minutes I had appointment booked for the next morning and it was nearly 1/2 the price of all other quotes I received.
If you need junk removal, do not waste your time anywhere else. Call Young and Large and you won't be disappointed! I guarantee it!
