Vanstruct Contracting & Team are highly proficient in home remodeling. Aaron treats your home as if it was his own (covering stairs properly during demolition). Aaron goes beyong the traditional contractor and has open lines of comminication. Aaron is extremely patient to explain the logic behind each of his decisions and breaks down the construction jargon very well. He makes sure things are done precisley and to code.

He was ahead of schedule and organizied, which was vital to our complete home overhaul: kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, new flooring, potlights, removal of stucco, new baseboards, new window/door encasings. And each trade was highly professional.

Precise workmanship, amazing customer care, maintaining budget, and stylish decor guidance is what we experienced. We were amazed with the final results; the workmanship met exceeded our expectations.

I am very happy with Vanstruct quality of work. Working with the owner Aaron was a pleasure. The trades that Aaron uses are all great. Professional, trustworthy, on time, clean up after and true craftsmen. The job came in as quoted even though there were some surprises as it is an old Victorian house. I am using Vanstruct again to now Reno the rest of my bathroom.

Aaron and his team did an excellent job solving some electrical issues caused by shoddy work done by our previous electrician when our house was built.

He managed to debug the issue and even came back the following day (without charge) to strengthen our chandelier.

They were incredibly professional (little things like putting towels on ladders to avoid scuffing).

I really enjoyed working with him (he's a really friendly person) and will definitely consider him and his team for all work.
