John was able to come on site the next day and provided a thorough assessment of the circumstances and a quote on the spot for the recommended work.

After getting a few quotes from other companies, we decided to move forward with John, Mark and company because they came across as the most knowledgeable, genuine and trustworthy, and because they went above and beyond to work with us on the costing in order to properly ensure the job is done right.

The work John and his team (all family members) did entailed excavating approximately 125' of linear feet (roughly 7 feet deep) around 3 sides of our home, and properly waterproofing our the home's footings and foundation walls, and replacing the existing weeping tile system.

The quality of their workmanship was impressive, and the time it took them to complete the job was reasonable and well in line with what they quoted.

John had no problem coming back to the property to top up the back filled soil after it settled. John was friendly, easy to reach, and true to his word throughout the process.
