Our roof was in need of repair but we had been putting it off due to finances. However, a severe storm pushed us to act and Universe Roofing was there! A quote was made by Erion within a day and prices were very reasonable, considering the whole roof needed replacing.

Universe Roofing did an excellent job repairing holes that squirrels or raccoons had made in our roof. He was efficient, knowledgeable and careful, and he took pictures and showed us all the extensive damage rodents had done to our roof. He repaired the holes quickly, gave us a fair quote and told us what to do next. We will definitely hire him again!

At the recommendation of a friend we first engaged Universe Roofing 7 years ago to replace my aging roof with many areas of damaged shingles, our concern at the time was possible damage to the underframe.
Right from the beginning, Erion made us feel we were dealing with an honest individual and secure they would do an honest job and, as expected 7 years later we are still very happy with the workmanship of this team.
Fast forward to this past weekend when we were hit with a wind storm in our area of Brampton Ontario. A small section of roof consisting of a couple of strips of shingles was damaged, we were very lucky as most of the neighborhood go it much worse.
I decided to contact Erion and within a couple of hours received a call back with a scheduled visit a day later, which under the circumstances was more than we could expect. Great response and dedication to their clients ultimately encouraged me to leave this review.

I got in touch with Erion as the roof needed to be done on my semi-detached property. I couldn't be more happier with my choice as Erion and his team did great job at amazing cost. They were professional and followed all safety guidelines while doing the work. The quality of materials used was top notch. There are many other roofing companies in the market and choosing one can be daunting experience. However, Universe roofing is best out of the bunch and Erion makes the entire process very smooth. I highly recommend hiring them for your roofing needs.

I highly recommend Erion and his team. First, Erion walked me through the details of what needed to be done and listened carefully to my requests. In particular, that I have a ridiculously picky neighbour, so it was going to be crucial that his crew was careful around their property and also that the site had to be spotless when they were done. Which it was. Not a peep from the neighbours. Secondly, we went from quote to finished work in about 2 weeks; and in spite of having to shift times because of rain, the crew arrived right on schedule, and completed the work exactly to specification, in half a day. Third, the site was carefully secured and protected with plywood and tarps, and the crew was clearly professional, careful and safety-conscious. Relatively speaking, this was a small job (only the front half of the roof) but we still got great service. The quoted price was entirely fair, and roughly in line with the other quotes I got: not the most expensive, and not the cheapest. If anyone asks, Erion & Universe would be my go-to company for roofing in the future.
