My wife and I recently retained Brock to provide and install a new entry door and front Living room window for our home. From our initial visit to the local Brock showroom, we felt the we were important and the agent treated us as such. We had numerous questions and ideas of what we wanted and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We made the decision to have a sales rep come to our home that evening to review our current door and window and provide us with a quotation. He was also very helpful in helping us fine tune our ideas with his thorough knowledge of not only Brock’s product but the industry in general. Once our decision to proceed was made, it wasn’t longe before the installation team arrived to remove the old and install the new! The crew of 3 were on time, confirmed the work to be done and went about the installation in a very professional manner. The cleaned up as they went along and were more than happy to answer our questions.
