Bill's team were initially responsive and accommodating to every request. Pricing was fair and Rob and the team arrived on time, worked diligently and were helpful in pointing out areas that needed to be addressed and possible solution options. I had them expand the work and when problems arose, things just worse and worse and increasingly required me call and demand action. We had water damage due to the roof work and promised fixing of the damage never transpired. Be wary.

Our top priority is to ensure every project is completed to our customer's absolute satisfaction. I'll contact you today so that we can understand your concerns and work towards addressing them. For full transparency, the roof issues stem from the original flat roof being installed incorrectly by a previous contractor. We pointed this out at the beginning and recommended that you have the flat roof replaced below your second story deck. We understand that this wasn't in the budget as the entire upper deck had to be removed so that a new, proper flat roof could be installed. We did explain that once we secured the upper railing (so it didn't fall onto someone below), that we couldn't guarantee the flat roof underneath the deck as it was installed incorrectly. We tried our best to repair upon multiple visits however, sometimes it's just not possible without a full replacement. I left below, our original response to your original review rating of 10 Stars.
