I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Malcom and Mark. To say they went above and beyond for us is an understatement. My husband and I had recently bought a new house, we expected a few cosmetic updates were coming our way. Much to our dismay when we removed the wallpaper we realized the entire house top to bottom had terrible walls that could not be salvaged… this meant a major renovation without having saved up for it!
I spoke with many contractors and found that they all gave me insane quotes/timelines and only wanted to solve the problem their particular way without working with us…. I was completely defeated until I contacted Malcom, I explained our situation to him and pleaded that I needed someone to help us come up with a solution that was affordable for us and made our home livable. Malcom came to our house the same day for a meeting and worked with us to come up with a solution.
Malcom and Mark started working within the week and renovated the entire 2 floors of our house within a tight deadline of 2 weeks, which is when we needed to move in as we were expecting our first child! This team was an absolute pleasure to work with, they were extremely responsive, friendly, and did all the work within the promised deadline.
Malcolm gave us a very good price on the work knowing our situation was unexpected and helped us to make our house into a home! Even after the work was finished, they continued to stay in touch and return to do any touchups we needed done to ensure we were happy with everything.
I highly recommend working with Malcolm and Mark for any projects you may have. They are honest, reliable, friendly and delivered and amazing end product! Jobs come and go. We always try to do our best. However in this case, after 30 years of experience, I knew that the size of quotes that they were getting. I felt that they didn't have the funds to pay for a job of this size with the purchase of a new home and a new borne enroute. Mark and I had to think of an "Out of the Box" solution to make the house a home for the baby.
We came up with a strategy to meet their needs, funds and timeframe. In the end, the job is done, clients happy, the money that they gave us, is spent. All that is left is the warm feeling that they have a nice home to welcome their newborne into and start the new chapter of their lives.
