I was looking to get my bathroom renovated as soon as possible and Ioana/Luís were able to fit me into their busy schedule. The reno took one week to complete and was a smooth process from choosing the finishes to finalizing the final touches. Thank you Ioana and Luís!

Amazing renovation experience we had with the team at DDRI i purchased a duplex and it really need it lots of work to be done before I can rented out .Ioana the project manager was so helpful prepared a plan with amazing finishes that will fit our budget .
On the other hand luis and the crew did an amazing job .
They gave us a start date and a finish date and they delivered 1 week before the date originally given to us .
Defently we will contact them again to do any of work we need .

I am so pleased with my new kitchen. They gutted our entire kitchen and replaced absolutely everything with changing layout. From the beginning and till the end of the project the team was so helpful. The workers were professional, timely and neat. They kept us up to date on all timelines and updates. They made sure we got exactly what we envisioned. Would highly recommend their services!!!

I dont know where to start with this review but what i can say is that was the most stress free experience me and my entire family witch is my wife and 4 kids had in terms of a renovation project .Ioana the project manager of DDRI was amazing from start to finish , her listening to us ,guide us ,work around our busy schedule and accommodating all our needs and unexpected events I have no words thank you so much for all your support and we hav elevated a lot during this process things that we did not know before for sure .Lets not forget about Luís the site supervisor that took care of all the construction logistics and educated us true the process as well is incredible to see how this 2 work together to pull together such a huge project .
Thank you again to both of you and the entire team for all the hard work our home looks like onw of those homes from the magazine speechless .

The team at DDRI were and are amazing team from the project manager Ioana to the production manager luís .10 stars is not enough to describe the craftsmanship ,coordination ,execution, order of materials ,deadline etc .was the most relaxing and wonderful renovation experience I had and I will relive it over and over again and because of that we are having DDRI team come over to Muskoka by end of the year to fully renovate our cottage because we are very impressed with them and I fully recommend them to all my family and friends .

I was looking to have our master bathroom renovated within a time frame of approx. 1 month. Manager Ioana at DDRI took on my project and indicated it could possibly be done on time, so I was hopeful.
Unfortunately, some time was lost before my project got going due to a "positive Covid test". ?? Lost a week or so there.
Once the project finally got started, Luis and his team worked very hard, five days in a row, Monday to Friday, and then on the Saturday the cleaning group came in with Luis still finishing up a few items. The bathroom was, at that point, approx. 90% complete with the half glass door and grab bar to be installed on Monday.
Monday came and apparently the glass door was delayed. At the same time more money was being requested, even though I had paid 80%. I had the feeling the carrot was being dangled and the job might stall so close to completion so I complied, hoping to finally have the bathroom ready to use.
On Tuesday the glass was on the truck, however, it took 4 hours to unload, so we're on to Wednesday a.m.
There was an "emergency" Wednesday morning, but the crew came by noon and by 3 p.m. the bathroom was finally completed.
Ultimately I would say the finished product is good and should be durable, not sure about the plastic shower head & wand, but we'll see.
The polished porcelain is strong and the custom niche that Luis built in the wall is amazing. The overall job lacks some finishing touches; noticeable gaps at door threshold, the grey around the white tub is questionable, just needs minor bits to pull it all together.

We enlisted DDR for a major renovation at our semi-detached home - demolition followed by installing bathrooms, hardwood flooring, kitchen countertops/backsplash, lights and painting throughout. Ioana was very proactive in setting a schedule and helping us pick the materials and finishes. The start date was delayed a couple of times, but some reasons were understandable. We had challenges with suppliers providing incorrect availability or giving our ordered materials (e.g. hardwood) to other clients, among other things. Ioana helped resolve these for us by providing alternative solutions.
When it came to execution, Luis and his team were thorough in the installation. They were polite, friendly and their overall workmanship was good, although a few things needed adjustments after we reviewed the work. As well, some jobs could have been handled with better care, e.g. there were several paint spots on the floors, curtain rods and other items that needed to be cleaned or replaced, which could have been avoided if items/floors were properly covered. We also had issues with our countertops installation - incorrect measurements and installation resulted in significant delays impacting the timeline. However, Ioana helped navigate the situation and things were ultimately sorted. After the major work was done, there were a few items we were waiting on, that took nearly 2 months to deliver.
We were overall satisfied with the job and the team's ability to accommodate the additional scope of work that came up prior to the start date. We also greatly appreciate the extras that the team threw in. The experience fell short of expectations due to several occurrences of not committing to delivering on a date or time. While some delays were understandable, there were cases (particularly after the major work was completed) where, if we weren't proactive in following up, the pending items would have likely dragged on for longer. In the end though, the place looks great. Thanks, Ioana, Luis and team.

Ioana, the manager was very helpful and made good suggestions to meet our project budget.. Although the project had a little delay because of covid issues, once they started everything went smoothly. Luis the supervisor and his crew were easy to deal with, respectful and professional. The workmanship is excellent and a few more days to go once the electrician does his part, the custom made glass shower enclosure installed and finishing touches done.

We bought a townhouse that's very outdated and required a full reno. After contacting numerous contractors and sharing our scope of work and budget, we decided to go with DDR. We appreciated Ioana's enthusiasm from the start. She managed the project timeline, material selection (we're very involved in this) and provided us with weekly updates while Luis managed the on-site work.

The scope of work includes 2x bath reno, full flooring and stairs update, kitchen countertop update, popcorn ceiling removal, and interior wall painting. The project was estimated to be completed in 6 weeks because we wanted to move in before Christmas 2021. DDR handed over the house back to us at the end of the 6th week with about 90% of the work completed and the remaining work to be completed soon after the holiday season.

There were some challenges with completing the remaining work due to personal matters, workers availability and backordered items. It was quite frustrating to deal with and took almost 4 months to get the remaining work done, but Ioana tried her best to make things work and we also tried to be understanding with her situations.

Given our budget and the scope of work, we were quite satisfied with the result. There's a couple of things that require some fixing, but DDR stands behind their workmanship, so they're going to come back and fix them.
