I recently had the pleasure of working with the Ramsauer Renovations team on a home improvement project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team displayed a level of professionalism and expertise that sets them apart.

The $11000 renovation did not include the cost of appliances and backsplash/floor tile, which I paid for out of pocket. Reno was done in 2023. It was supposed to take one week; it took two. I requested new floor, new counter, new backsplash, painting, and installation of new vented exhaust fan and installation of new oven and dishwasher. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Rather than purchase a trim kit for the oven, they "made" one and not very well. Backsplash sunken in. Gap in baseboard filled with plaster, rather than cut properly. For full disclosure, they did put a piece of melamine over the vent hose, but I lost the use of 2 shelves in that cupboard. I paid another contractor to come in and undo the cupboard mess. May 12, 2023 was the last time I saw Jim. At that time he said he would be back "early next week" to complete the installation of my dishwasher. Haven't seen or heard from him since.

I had this company come into my home telling me that they were going to take care of me. Jim did not show up when he said he would on more than one occasion. They misrepresented themselves with a contractor to install my fireplace who didnt actually end up doing the work. Changes were made without discussing it with me and getting my approval. My property was also damaged and through all of this they have taken no responsibility for what I was left with. I was told that they took pride in their work, ill let the pictures speak for themselves

Whatever I can say about Jim, his sons and Matt is not enough! If you want reliable, trustworthy and the best in business contractor, I would highly recommend you working with this group. Their workmanship and attention to detail is Top notch. I had my floors, bathrooms, kitchen, whole home painting and deck done through them and I tell you! We couldnt be happier! We absolutely love the final product and our home and deck are talk to our lane at the least!
