Some extremely windy weather caused some of our roof flashing to become loose. After reaching out to 6 different roofing companies, I decided to choose Star Moon Roofing - and I’m glad I did!

Not only were they super fast to respond to my inquiry, but they were able to come next day to complete the repair. They arrived 10 minutes early, and started work immediately. No fuss. No mess. No issues. Super friendly guys, and they did a great job repairing the roof. Plus, team on the phone was extremely friendly, easy to chat with, and made me feel at ease.

My roof had some serious water damages due to rain fall on Friday. I contacted Joyce on Saturday and she was able to come within 2 hours to give me a quote. She is very thorough through the whole quoting process. She made sure that I understand each step of the roof replacement process, and gave me different options for material and cost. I contacted her on Sunday to schedule time for the replacement and she was able to prioritize my home due to the condition of it. The team came on Monday morning and got the job done by 3:30pm. My roof has couple of holes dug by raccoon during winter. When the team replaced the plywood board, they also checked my insulation and evicted the raccoons inside! Joyce followed up with me the day of work and the day after work to make sure I’m satisfied and has no concerns. This is truly an amazing team with professionalism and efficiency! For the first time in a long time, I don’t have to worry about water leaking, raccoons bitting on the roof anymore. I’m truly grateful for their work and highly recommend the company to anyone!!!

We had shingles blown off our roof during a storm and contacted Homestars for referrals the next morning, as we did not want to leave the roof unprotected. Joyce contacted us within a half hour and corresponded promptly with us to make arrangements, and did so in a transparent manner. They were at our house within 2 hours and accommodated our special requests, did the work efficiently and professionally in inclement weather and cleaned up the old roofing debris. I had a broken gutter and a piece of Fascia that had broken off the front of my house. Called a few places and Joyce provided me with a honest quote to replace all of the gutters, soffit and fascia since we wanted them all white from beige. She broke down each type of service in case I only wanted to do a repair and the cost was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Their guys are extremely meticulous and my neighbor even commented on how detailed they were when measuring out all the soffit. I will likely work with them in the future. Super pleasant to deal with.
