Richard was a true gentleman. He was ALWAYS available for questions and would answer them honestly and promptly.
Richard was punctual and helped with the moving of furniture and removal of outlet plates to get the treatment done. He did not try to upsell anything. He turned a chaotic situation into into one of RELIEF!
