Jim and his crew are excellent contractors to work with. As a seasoned kitchen and bath designer with many remodels in my past, this company is excellent in their workmanship, communications, efficient and fun to work with. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in everything from new builds, top-ups, whole house remodels, products, methods, risks etc. - there isn't anything he hasn't see on a job site. His high standards of excellence are upheld by all his crew. For them, it's all about establishing and maintaining sold relationships with their clients - the end result is always a happy customer. I continue to recommend D2 Build to all my clients.

Hey I'm not an easy gal to please yet I can't say enough greatness about my choice for D2Build to remodel my kitchen and renovate the basement bathroom. Absolutely impressed! From beginning to end of my kitchen renovation I felt completely at ease with Phillip and Jim. They were supportive and understood my vision and were able to bring it to life. This team saved us from an emergency on a holiday weekend, fixing a burst pipe and doing some emergency work. Their team is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and professional and you can trust their advice. I am planning a large renovation and will be using them.

We hired Jim and his team to do a small job in a home as part of a preparation for an estate settlement. (removal of a disability elevator - previous occupant was disabled). Jim and his partner Phillip were very courteous and pleasant at the first meeting, and were able to back up their reasonable quotation. The work crew did the job safely and quickly and cleaned up. Thanks to Jim, Phillip, Don, Peter and the rest of the team on site.

We dreaded the thought of renovating our home. We have heard so many horror stories of how badly things can go. We asked Jim to renovate our detached bungalow and he did not disappoint. Jim is a very knowledgeable contractor. He brings so much much experience into his projects. He knows what to prioritize and where your money is best spent. Most of all, he has incredible integrity. When unexpected issues arise he is amazing at problem solving and works hard to find the most cost effective solution. Jim is the best contractor I have ever hired for a job. He designed and built an entire home renovation for my current home. If there was ever any issue he would resolve immediately, even 2 years later!
