I would like to recommend Dana Smart Homes for the services I received this summer. I had a recent attempted break into my house, and I urgently needed security cameras set up with exterior automatic lighting sensors. This company acted promptly to come in and do the installation over one weekend for me. And I ended up getting a complete Crestron automation service from them as well.
I loved their speed and efficiency and highly recommend Dana if you need any similar services!

We had a fully smart automated system set up at our newly built residential home in Aurora. It is a dramatic change from what we had and we are extremely happy with the service we received from Dana. They are a smart and highly technical team. Our services included smart blinds, lighting, speakers, full security controls and automated thermostat; and things were done fast one after another. I own a supposedly automated house. But every time my iPad was not getting a good Wi-Fi signal, I could not even turn a light on. I asked the original builder, and all they did was to try to boost the signal for the iPad. Finally, I got fed up and contacted Dana Smart Homes. They did a free inspection for me and suggested that the whole system was installed incorrectly. In two days, they replaced all the light switches and the programming, and I have never had any issues with my house ever since. I highly recommend them technically and definitely for professionalism; however, keep in mind good technical solutions that fix the problems, are not always necessarily the cheapest ones.

I had plans to get a proper home theatre for our new cottage in Blue Mountain for a few years now and kept on getting complicated quotes from other companies. When I met Arian at the National Home Show in Toronto, he really broke everything down and took the time to explain everything for me one by one. The first site visit also didnt cost me any money.
After I understood exactly what I was getting, he even helped shaving down some extras that I did not necessarily need based on my needs. Thanks to Dana Automations I have 7.1 high quality Kef speakers built in , with explicit projectors! It feels like you are in a real movie theatre and my family love it!

Dana Automation is by far one of the best electrical contractors I have worked with. They will be my primary choice for wiring, automating, programming, and take care of anything related to electricity in my projects. They are on time, professional, upfront, and easy to work with.

Last summer I was renovating my entire bungalow house and I used Dana Smart Homes for electrical and smart home services. All electrical work had to be redone as my entire kitchen was being relocated on the main floor and I was having open concept family room.
At that point, I was not very familiar with home automation, but i was given a price that I originally thought costed too high. However I was then explained full details by Arian and offered a full crestron automation system including Lights, music, TVs and security to be automated; and everything made sense. After using it for over one year I have to say, it did miracles in every day routine and was well worth the money. I guess the less technology you know of, you appreciate it more like I did. I have nothing but gratitude toward Dana Smart Homes and the degree of professionalism they delivered in their work. I travel frequently and while I’m away I have remote access to security cameras, lights, thermostat etc. While at home, the amazing media server system allows me to access my movies and music files from any device around my home. My system is Control4 and they have updated the entire system twice with no extra charges.
