A young and professional licensed plumber was GOD sent. My problem was with my main sewer line outside my house and I had initially contacted another contractor who not only took my deposit but also damaged my main water line, he decided to backfill it and walk away leaving me hanging. I was left hanging with no water during a cold day. I had to call the city to shut my main line.

I was calling franticly various contractors and explaining my situation, he understood my situation and the guy not only went over and beyond he actually cancelled some non critical project work and came in the late evening with an inspector to inspect the sewer line before committing to any further work. His professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done came through.

He pulled in additional favors for the right team to come the very next day and start the work. The team knew exactly what needed to be done and got the main water line replaced and fix the sewer line (which had a belly). They went as deep as 9ft to replace the broken water line by putting in a new line and replacing a new sewer line. The entire project was done in one day and the guys were able to get the water turned back on again.

D is a young guy but he has good eye and with his experienced father who has number of years under his belt. They make a excellent team that can be trusted.

I would highly recommend him because he definitely relived the stress the other contractor put me through.

I hired him to remove my AC during my home renovation and refit it after the renovation. He removed the AC and after some months I called him to refit the AC, and following sequence of events happened:
1. He arrived and saw the end pipe connection (picture attached) and said I need to buy a new AC unit because pipe end is squashed.
2. I said you did this disconnection and he denied that he did it.
3. I showed my INTERACT transaction of $120 to him when he removed my AC.
4. Then he said AC unit was in my possession during this time, and hence I squashed it. (I'm renovation and tools dummy)
5. and after so many discussion he said do whatever I want but he is neither repairing the AC nor giving my money back.
