We built a new home and Shane and his team helped us from start to finish. They are fantastic surveyors, they are very detail oriented and always came to our job site within the time that we needed them. I would highly recommend them.

Having RJ Surveying complete our Certified Boundary Survey and Marking of Fence Line was a pleasure. We were working under very tight deadlines to build a fence and obtain a survey to sell our home. Shane and his team completed the work very quickly and were able to accommodate our tight timeline, which even had them working on Good Friday! The team was very courteous and communicated effectively. The deliverables of the job were well detailed in the contract and the cost was reasonable. I retained Shane to do a Survey for my property and he was very professional, responsive and proactive. He had to make some revisions on the grading plan for city submissions and he never delayed my project. When it came time to start the construction process, he was able to come on site do do the pinning and stake out promptly. We are very happy with his services and will continue to use him in our future projects. I highly recommend his services.

Shane and the RS Geomatics team were fantastic, I can't recommend them highly enough. They helped us with a Surveyors Real Property Report and Survey record Search on our downtown Toronto Victorian home. We have had constant underhand behaviour by a neighbour and Shane made us feel comfortable that getting a survey wasn’t a retaliation it was a necessary service when you abut neighbours, especially if no survey had been done before and also if you have a house that's 130+ years old that had been reno'd multiple times. I interviewed three different surveyors, the price was competitive and went with RS Geomatics as they had great customer service. Having worked with a few different types of contractors on this house, all who have performed poorly on administration and customer service, it was a relief to work with Shane and his crew. His attention to detail, and response to my untrained queries earned my trust quickly and it was clear they had our best interests in mind at every step.
