We had Ladi and the Empire team redo our roof, soffits and eaves this year.
Throughout the design/color selection and scheduling process, Ladi was no less than extremely communicative, easy to work with and bounce ideas/goals off of, and was more than happy to provide several color options/palettes to choose from.
When it came to the actual installation, the material and workmanship was excellent, and all work was completed effectively and on schedule.
The after sales support was excellent as well, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly and forthrightly.
I would not hesitate to use Ladi and Empire again, and am happy to recommend them for anyone looking for repairs or makeovers to their roof/soffit/eaves.
