PremierCraft Interlock

We have our interlock project completed in end of May 2024. We chose Premier Craft Interlocking because they carry the Rinox stone which look more unique than others. Many of our neighbours like the work done and design and have asked for the contact. We appreciate the efficiency of work done, as the job completed in less than 3 days. However, the after sales service is seriously disappointing us. On the first day, we already reported to Matt (owner) that the worker broke our neighbors side fence and some plants when he drove the concrete removal truck to our backyard. We watched and reminded Matts team, very obvious that the truck was too big to go thru (photo attached). But hey insist to drive in and broke the door. Matts partner was there as well, he witnessed the whole scene. Also, our water pipes was broken. Matt and his partner told us not to worry and they will fix them after the job done, so they continue. We also explained and calmed our neighbor. After the job has completed, we were first delighted to see our front and backyard new look and the praised by our neighbors. However, after a detail check, we found the fence and backyard door have not been fixed, the back and front water pipes were broken (photos attached). One neighbor complained that the stones near the edge area fell over his yard, also the compact work was done poorly and he said the side yard may collapse after a few years. We immediately reminded Matt about all these, he said he would find someone to fix, we called a few times, replied only once please send me couple pictures about these issue? For sure I will arrange guys to fix. Until today, 5 months after, all still unfixed. My neighbors kept asking us any response. We said no response and they suggested us to escalate by writing reviews. After the rainstorm last month, worst thing happened to our neighbor, he found the side drainage work didnt do properly and causing their side flooding. He was extremely upset and asked us to call Matt again. We did, but no response. Winter is approaching, if the water pipes not fixed, that will cause issue. To conclude, Premier Craft Interlocking after sale service is terrible, it is just unfortunate for us. We paid a lot for this project but end up with no after sales service. They did the interlocking work efficiently, but they oversight the detail and made so much damage. We tried to keep good relationship with all parties but seem its getting very unreasonable and unacceptable. We and my both side neighbors have been very patient and tolerant, the damage must be fixed.
