Got a call and text from Johnathan. They mistakenly sent the refund to someone else and closed my file. I understand an error can happen, but no communicating to apologize for committing to a job and not doing it or to indicate that the refund was sent, is not good. Wish them good luck and hope they treat future clients better.

We hired them for a side yard leveling job. After the quote, and giving them the initial 10%. They never came, they took the money and keep saying we'll send someone. 4 months later still no work done and not refund.
