Dr. Shine Windows and Eaves Cleaning

First time using this company. So disappointed. First day was 1 hour late, they were tied up with issues at the first job. I rescheduled to the next day, making sure I'm the first appointment in the morning....again half hour late.
The office said the guy would take pictures of the gutters and do a water test after the job, but Stephen, who came to do the cleaning, refused to take pictures and refused to do a water test.
I would never use this company again or recommend it to my friends.
