Glen from Water depot is a very humble and honest guy. Every year he calls his clients himself and reminds them when it’s time for a filter replacement. This time, the water had spilled and shut the system down. Glen not only assisted me, he even provided the replacement parts at no cost. Great customer service even after the warranty ran out. I will definitely recommend Glen and his team to others.

We had a horrible experience with another water treatment company in town so we were very leary about using another local company. After calling around Ontario this company owner's kept coming up as being the best..... and they are. They took their time, did their due diligence and installed a wonderful treatment system that is working amazing. I only wished I had call them first.

Upon some research we decided on water depot for are water filtration and softner. We decided on them because they were local and we have purchased water there before and we thought after meeting with other companies they were priced right and there service was what wee were looking for.

I had a problem with my water softener and reverse osmosis system when it was installed in my new home. I called Water Depot on main street and they sent George to fix everything. George was great - very helpful - answered all my question and added carbon to my water softener because I was complaining about the clorine smell from the taps. That fixed the problem. Excellent job!

I just started to shop at the Water Depot, and am glad I finally made the switch. My family drinks a ton of water (tap and bottles), so we go through about 3-4 bottles a month. I purchased a package- the more you purchase up front, the more you save. It is easy to go into the store and fill up- the owner is super friendly and helpful; if I am on my own he will help me carry the bottles to my car as I can only carry one at a time.

Great place to get bottled water. Great staff and service, convenient location for those on the east side of town. We get water for our aquarium mostly. They have filtration systems and stuff.

The sale was a no pressure approach and the installer was very polite.
The city softener and drinking system works well. We enjoy the convenience of having no worries about the water quality.
The warranty on the product was far better than that of equal or higher units from the other companies.

We purchase Bottled water from the Water Depot on Upper James St. in Hamilton. We've been buying their water for years and they have great water and their service is excellent! Staff are super friendly and helpful and they have some great deals from time to time!

Contacted several companies for water treatment (softener and Reverse Osmosis)Their staff were the most helpful and kind and the price was the best and offered the best warranty, don't hesitate to give them a call
