City's Choice Comfort Air

I would highly recommend City’s Choice Comfort Air! Booking an appointment was very easy and they were able to come out the next day. Andre and his team were very friendly and professional. They quickly located the problem with our air conditioner and gave us options on how to proceed with clear costs. The repair was explained clearly and done quickly. The whole team wore ppe the entire time and were very respectful of distancing. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

Air Conditioner installed in December with replacement furnace with City’s Choice. Convinced my parents they need a new heater and air conditioner... First heat wave, turn it on. Not working. Andre said he would come by 4pm. As of 8pm, no show, and not answering the phone. We called another contractor and it looks like shoddy install work is to blame. Pipes are freezing with ice, and likely leaks in the line. We will have to spend more money now to diagnose and fix the issue because of Andre and his team’s bad work. The humidifier they installed with the heater is also not working. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I’m reporting to BBB, and we are contacting the TSSA. Shame on you.

I called for a quote to run a gas line for a gas stove. They did a great job. He came out to looked at the place and to see what the best option would be. Andre was very professional and I would recommend him and his team to everyone that needs a gas line for their homes.

This review is long overdue but I was so please with the service I received from City's Choice, I had to make sure to write one. After 19 years of service from my furnace, it completely died on me In January 2020. A friend of mine recommended City's Choice to me and I quickly called them. They were quick to respond, provided me with different options of payment method for replacement which include upgrading my furnace vent piping and changing my filter. This team is very professional and knowledgeable. They worked overtime to get my furnace going in the height of winter. I am very pleased with the excellent work they did. Thank you team for being so efficient.

Our furnace stopped working Friday night, Saturday morning I called Andre and he was able to be here within 20 minutes to access and provide us with options. It was -15 outside so we were looking for an immediate fix and long term solution and the city choice team came with it. Later that night we were equipped with a new (and necessary) furnace and warm house. The situation sucked as it would and the team made much easier for us.

Andre, Rohan and Pat were very professional, helpful and went above and beyond to help. The Installation was very organized and I would highly recommend them. Very easy to communicate with. Very happy.

I was truly please with Andre and his crew, i called other places and they asked me so many questions, they actually frustrate me as I had no heat and all I wanted to hear was “ I will be there” with Andre that is actually what i heard, he was at my home in 30minutes and he was warm, professional and most of all he knew exactly what I needed.
The whole crew took care of my floors and made sure they cleaned up after the work.
I was truly very impressed with the whole experience and I will definitely tell friends and family as well.
