Philippe was quick to respond and seemed helpful
But then never showed up to do the work. He sent a quote quickly but then when it was time to go the work he didn’t show up... No response or explanation was given. When we texted and tried calling he ignored the messages and phone calls. the read receipt was on so we are aware he read them
