John and Swimming Pool Builders constructed our cabana. John initially gave me a quote and in the months leading up to our start date, he stopped responding to our calls. Dozens of calls and texts were sent. He eventually came back and told me that in order to work with us he would have to change his quote by over 30% or to look for another company. Looking for another company could have thrown our timeline off for another year so I felt that I had no choice. I wish John would have given me more notice as we had been trying to reach him for so long.

The final product was disappointing. The metal work done to the roof is embarrassing to say the lease. You can see the picture provided.

As a result of this post (my original post was 4 wks prior) but this is updated with pictures, John had written a review of my business, Toronto Elite Tutorial Services. In line with his character, he is being dishonest and vengeful.

I don’t have enough good things to say about how professional Dan and John are. My pool and landscape are the *jewel* of the neighbourhood. I am SO HAPPY with how it turned out. I only wish we had more warm weather so I can be outside for more time in the year. I would recommend their services to everyone I know. My house value went up and I love my backyard. Thanks guys !!
