Damaged Priceless Dogs Urn, Refuses Responsibility & Replacing

Owner rushed thru my unit, flipped my California King mattresse and both spring boxes out of bed frame, ripped all protective plastic on both spring boxes. Then leaned them against an empty dresser pulled 3' away from wall as instructed.... the sheer weight knocked over the empty dresser and smashed the brand new urn my two beloved dogs of 16yrs were resting in. Refused replacement and responsibility, says my own fault, even demanded I remove my reviews. Said "not rewarding you for your bad luck"! He even open my night table drawer!!!!
