Excellent conversations with John from BlackJack; yes he was demonstrating his remarkable salesmanship but this guy was very knowledgeable, friendly, had loads of time for my many questions and wound up getting my business. So far so good. The installation was smooth and efficient and the results looks good, the cleanup was excellent and the furnace is as promised quiet and delivering even heat.
