Our washing machine was not draining or spinning. Technician (Allan) reviewed the issue on Wednesday and returned with the part on Thursday. On Wednesday evening, Allan arrived as scheduled and was polite (he removed his shoes at the door) and efficient; he did not waste time and looked at all possible reasons why the machine was not working. He let me know what he was going to do and what the problem was. On Thursday morning, Allan returned with the part and completed the job. He showed me that the machine was now draining and spinning. There were no surprise costs and his efficiency was appreciated.
My only suggestion is that an official printed receipt and warranty information be provided to the customer. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the service we received.
