Sam was very professional and was good in making and explaining recommendations for new furnace, as well as rebates available. Furnace was installed promptly next day after quote. Had 1 issue with programmable thermostat and Sam took care of it the next day. Very happy with Sam and Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating and the services they provided. Would definitely recommend them.
