We hate Mosquitoes. We have tried everything when it comes to being outside and dealing with Mosquitoes. Every new gadget and gizmo, every candle or oil, you name it we have tried it. So when we learned of a company that had a safe solution that would help to minimize the nuisance of Mosquitoes we thought it was too good to be true.
We met with Mosquito Toronto and they explained their solution to us and what they would do to help us enjoy summer nights in our backyard without the typical end result of multiple bites and a short night (quick sprint back into the house). Their service was one that included education along with their regular work (product application, clean up of exterior area, removal of mosquito “hot spots”). The education helped us to ensure we weren’t providing a breeding ground for mosquitoes, which goes a long way to support the overall experience with Mosquito Toronto.
At first we didn’t think the claims would be substantiated. We thought there was no way that this company would be able to deliver us with a backyard that was virtually free of those pests! But, we have noticed that while we sit in our backyard into the twilight, we are able to enjoy the sun setting while we hear our neighbours running for cover. We used to count our war wounds from our attempted nights on our back deck, now we just enjoy the evening and come in when we WANT to, not when we are forced to retreat.
We really can’t say enough about the experience so far! They treat the exterior of our home with respect and provide friendly tips on the convenient report card that is left after every visit. The only evidence of the visit is a clean outdoor space, and the faint smell of garlic that dissipates quickly.
If you are (were) like us and are not able to enjoy your outside space, we would really suggest you give Mosquito Toronto a call, you will not regret it for one second!
