When I first met with Ken and Kelsey of Bijou Projects I thought my wish-list of customized built-in features could not be incorporated into my small condo but after the planning was completed, all of my requests transformed my place into a beautiful home with a functional layout.

Kelsey was able to get a good sense of my taste in decor right from the start and her vision and ideas throughout the project fulfilled my design dreams! (even ones I didn't even know I had!). The level of detail and creations achieved were beyond what I expected and are absolutely stunning!

Ken also found ways to make the unit more spacious and useful considering areas such as the kitchen floor space and incorporating details such as having plugs installed for the internet, vacuum connections and the TV mounts in both rooms to conceal wires which made all areas look refined and streamlined.

The Bijou Projects team were always prompt to respond to any of my questions or concerns and I was updated on a regular basis from start to finish. In addition, they completed all the necessary steps to satisfy Strata before the project was started and the caretaker requests and all trades involved were respectful to my building and neighbours throughout the project.

The outcome of the completed job has transformed by place into a functional and elegant living space which truly is beyond what I ever thought could be accomplished.

It was great working with Ken and his team. They were communicative and flexible. What we really appreciated is how he's able to keep you on budget. He's first to point out when your expectations reach beyond your price cap. But he'll suggest ways to bring your desired vision to life with alternate materials or patterns. It helped add value to our home while staying within price constraints. We also liked that his team his small so all elements of our project were contained within a couple key players. Even well after our renos were completed, he's still been open and accessible.

My family and I chose to work with the team at Bijou Projects (Ken, Kelsey, and Alice) after seeing a few of their completed projects online. Coming in with high expectations, Ken, Kelsey, and Alice not only met my expectations but went above and beyond. Throughout the whole build/design process they were professional, knowledgable, efficient and accommodating. I'll admit that we weren't the easiest clients to work with, and we were quite indecisive at times, but Ken/Kelsey/Alice were always willing to work with our changes, offer suggestions, and their expertise ultimately got us to a place that we were very happy with (all while being friendly and patient). I would (and do) whole heartedly recommend them to my friends and family and would definitely hire them again.

BIJOU team was a pleasure to work with, they took away all the stress and headache that comes with renovation projects. They were extremely reliable, responsive, respectful and detailed oriented in every aspect of the job.
